Personalized digital reports
Your Love Element sells personalized digital relationship reports. Because each report is generated from your answers, refund eligibility may depend on whether the report has already been generated, delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
Duplicate charges or failed delivery
If you experience a duplicate charge, failed delivery, missing post-checkout link, unverified payment state, or technical issue, contact us and we will review it promptly.
Technical problems
If a paid report cannot be delivered because of a technical issue on our side, we may offer redelivery, correction, replacement access, or a refund depending on the situation.

Email support@yourloveelement.com with the order email, order number if available, and a short description of the issue.
Payment provider rules
Payment processing, taxes, chargebacks, and refund timing may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy or the payment provider's policies.
