Before paid products launch
Your Love Element is currently preparing paid report access. If no paid product has been purchased, no refund is required.
Digital report purchases
When paid reports become available, refund eligibility will depend on whether the digital report has already been generated, delivered, downloaded, or accessed. If you experience a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or technical issue, contact us and we will review it promptly.
Technical problems
If a paid report cannot be delivered because of a technical issue on our side, we may offer redelivery, correction, replacement access, or a refund depending on the situation.

Email support@yourloveelement.com with the order email, order number if available, and a short description of the issue.
Payment provider rules
Payment processing, taxes, chargebacks, and refund timing may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy or the payment provider's policies.
