What we collect
Your Love Element may collect answers you provide in the free and paid reading questions, contact details connected to checkout or support, order identifiers from Lemon Squeezy, and limited technical or measurement information needed to understand website use and maintain the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide the free reading preview, create and deliver paid reports, improve the website, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or payment-processing obligations.
Payments
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on this website. Payment providers may process personal data under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to run the site, remember notices, understand website visits, measure actions such as quiz starts, free preview views, checkout starts, purchases, and paid-signal submissions, and improve site and advertising performance. The cookie notice is informational and does not currently turn measurement on or off.
First-party funnel measurement
On the reading and full-report pages, we measure a limited set of stages such as page view, quiz start, preview reveal, checkout creation, paid-signal submission, and share-card use. The browser creates a random identifier for the current tab session; the identifier is converted to a one-way SHA-256 hash before storage. We store the stage name, a page label, and sanitized UTM campaign labels when present. We do not store the full page URL, query string, referrer, IP address, user agent, email address, reading or order identifier, quiz answers, or report content in this first-party measurement table. Duplicate stages in the same tab session are counted once, and event rows are retained for up to 180 days.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us host the website, process payments, generate and send reports, analyze performance, provide customer support, or measure advertising performance. Purchase events may be measured through server-side advertising tools after payment is verified by the payment provider.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained for transaction records, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
